Perfect location, Close to the airport and walkable to the Ocean strip with lots of dining options close by. Very comfy bed, nice pool area and the breakfast had lots of choices and was very good.

We liked everything about it! The outdoor pool was fantastic- so peaceful. Staff was great, especially Erica, who went above and beyond to try and connect me with a tour guide for a special request. Joao was great to talk to while we were waiting for our taxi. We will be back!

Pros: The hotel was in a great part of town and very accessible by car. The staff was delightful and the morning breakfast was terrific. Con: The entire property is quite dated and the hallways are stifling hot with a ceiling that looks like it is ready for imminent collapse. It is on the approach to the airport and the overhead planes can be quite loud. All in all a nice stay but I was expecting a more upscale experience.

Great support at the front desk. Leandro was so helpful. Michelle and Ricardo at the lounge both made amazing drinks! I may have forgotten my ear pods there and the team looked long and hard for them; they communicated greatly about that issue.

Fantastic stay! It was my wife’s birthday during our stay. I had asked the hotel could they do something to help celebrate & they provided a complimentary cake, which was delicious, & a bottle of sparkling wine in our room. Breakfast was very good as was bar snack at the pool. Shout out to Michelle on the bar brilliant friendly service.

Zentral gelegen, Ort und Restaurants gut erreichbar, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer oberflächlich sauber. Wir hatten leider kein renoviertes Zimmer. Das Zimmer ging zum Innenhof. Schöne Aussicht auf den angelegten Garten. Leider aber sehr laut (Schall). Abend bis 23:00 sitzen die Gäste draußen und dadurch sehr laut. Morgens um 7:00 werden die Tische gerichtet in einer enormen Lautstärke. Früh aufstehen ist angesagt. Besser man bucht kein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof.
