"In the middle of everything in downtown Palma. Close to shopping, restaurants etc. Room was very clean. We were worried there wouldn't be a mini fridge but there was one in our room. Pretty quiet at night, but you are next to a small public square that can get noisy at times. We would definitely return. Parking, once we figured it out, was easy in the underground lot."

"Couldn't get ice at all. The pool barman was very reluctant to give us some ice. I find this very disappointing for any hotel. Clean and tidy but needs painting in places. Shame there was no entertainment or evening meals within the hotel. Breakfast was superb. Location is excellent!"
