All communication was done online but hosts were very attentive and responsive. We arrived early and were happy for us to drop off our luggage at the apartment whilst it was being cleaned. Apartment is located in a busy area of the town but also not too far from the beach. Apartment itself was very nice - clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely weekend in Palma

We have just had a fantastic weekend in Palma staying in Loft 5. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean & was in a great location for exploring the city. A couple of supermarkets close by and plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants in walking distance. We loved spending time on the roof terrace overlooking Palma. Great communication with the host, we would definitely recommend staying at Can Rubi.

Ubicacion excelente, servicios mejorables

La ubicación perfecta, mas céntrico imposible.Con respecto a esto muy contentos. Con respecto a los servicios no demasiado satisfechos. La caldera de agua a la tercera persona que se duchaba de forma consecutiva se acaba el agua caliente, no tiene ascensor y la subida y bajada de maletas a primera y última hora por el resto de habitaciones se escuchaban perfectamente, la televisión solo se ven 3 canales mallorquies y de dibujos animados, para el resto tanto apple tv como Netflix es de pago(tienes que tener usuario). El importe de la limpieza creo que debe ser proporcional a los días de estancias por 3 días de estancia pagar 90 euros de limpieza, lo vemos excesivo. Tanto joaquin como su hermano son muy amables.

Excellent stay

Stayed 4 nights location is perfect for getting around Palma. Hosts Joaquin and Pancho were very friendly and informative, easy to communicate with and helpful. The apartments were very clean and well equipped. They are in a pedestrian road so nice and quiet. Loved the roof top terrace too. We would definitely stay here again

Très bel appartement, propre et bien placé. Le seul bémol, les 90€ de frais de ménage dont il n'a été mention qu'à la fin de notre séjour. Au départ, on nous a parlé des 7,70€ de taxes de séjours mais les 90€ nous sont vraiment tombés dessus... Nous n'avons pas trouvé de moment pour rencontré les propriétaires, peut-être qu'ils nous en auraient parlé à ce moment là ? Qui sait ?

The location of this property is perfect. In the middle of everywhere you want to be. It is updated clean, and comfortable. Great shower too. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment in the central of Palma

We had a short but great stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean. The beds was really great. There can be some noice from the staircase.
