Très belle vue ! Mais pour l option tout inclus il faut se dire qu une grande partie des boissons sont payantes ! Et personnel pas très sympathique...dommage..
Wij hebben een fijne verblijf gehad echter wel een aantal aandachtspunten die we liever van te voren hadden willen weten. Parkeren was een hel! Ik had het hotel speciaal geselecteerd omdat er een parkeerplaats aanwezig zou zijn. Helaas bestaat deze uit 7/8 parkeerplaatsen wat niet voldoende is en hele tijd ook vol was omgeving parkeren was ook drama heel vaak 30 min rondjes moeten rijden met de hoop dat iemand wegreed. Daarnaast zijn de liften heel traag zelfs de deur van de lift gaat enorm traag open. En als laatste verbeterpunt we hebben er 3 nachten verbleven en twee dagen moeten bellen en vragen om handdoeken die niet aanwezig waren. Voor de rest prima hotel heel mooi uitzicht en perfecte ligging!

Nice size comfort room, couldn’t get the air con to change temp. Staff were helpful. Bar staff were keen to close the bar at night. But made me a lovely coffee at the pool bar so I forgave them wanting to go to bed!
Upon arrival we was taken to the wrong hotel, as it was poorly signed, please take note that there is the sister hotel down the road, we then went to the correct hotel. Check in was chaos, the stuff was stressed, understaffed and rude, we were promised an early check in as I messaged the hotel prior. We then arrived at 10:30am, and then we couldn’t check in, was promised if we come back at 12:00noon we could get in our room, we had been up since 2am, went back at 12, no luck we didn’t get into our room until 4pm, even when check in ‘opens’ at 3. We then was put in another building across the road. The room itself which was a family apartment and the pictures did NOT match. The room was completely different to the pictures online, the hotel was as well, the only thing what matched was the view. The pressure on the shower was shocking and went hot and cold.
The sunbeds by the pool is like a war, the pool supposedly opens at 7am, but the 5 days we was there people had towels down even earlier than this and sunbathing and there was physically no room for everyone staying at the hotel. The second pool in the building we were staying in was in complete shade and didn’t get any form of sun so everyone uses the main pool.
If you have a late flight you can’t get a late check out there is a long lost and they charge 80 euros, the shower facilities are disgusting and smelt damp and you can tell they have not been cleaned, definitely not a 4* hotel!
This is a great hotel in a great location, everything was grand the food, the entertainment, staff,. Only issue i had was with our bathroom which needs updated due to moulding around the shower area which made it look a bit unsightly

The area is nice, and the hotel is ok.
No sea view with family room, we were in the back suites, although photos on hotels.com showed that.
The one annoying thing is the cleaning staff consistently entering the room even though we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door. And this happened on multiple days...

Folk røg ved pool, påtalte det . Men fik besked på det kunne de ikke gøre noget ved .
Pool, håndklæder blev lagt på solvogn om morgen og var så optaget, selv om de først kom til vognen sidst på dagen
Ved indtjekning, fik vi ikke besked på hvad vores alt inklusiv dækkede
Positiv: Einzig der Standort ist wirklich traumhaft
Die Lobby macht zunächst einen ordentlichen Eindruck
(Wir waren mit Freunden zusammen dort, bei 8 Personen und 7 Nächten, möchte man sich zumindest ein wenig wohlfühlen)
Negativ:
Die Zimmer sind in einem katastrophalen Zustand und haben nichts mit den Fotos im Internet gemein. Von 4 Sternen kann hier keine Rede sein.
Familienzimmer: Loch im Boden, Schränke alt, kaputt und verdreckt, rostige Spiegel, schimmlige Dusche, starker Modergeruch.
Ameisen im Zimmer , sogar im Bett und Schrank.
Kühlschrank defekt, Wände voller Haar- und Klebereste, Bettwäsche mit Haaren.
Ein Zimmerwechsel brachte kaum Besserung ,die Schäden sind schlicht systematisch und nicht die Schuld des Housekeepings, sondern fehlender Instandhaltung.
Badezimmergeruch nach Gulli jeden Morgen.
Frühstück: wirkt abgestanden, da es am Vorabend vorbereitet wird. Unappetitliche Präsentation, Rührei ungenießbar.
Freunde, die zeitgleich dort waren, berichteten von demselben Zustand, inklusive Matratzen, die so stark stanken, dass es im ganzen Zimmer wahrnehmbar war.
Fazit:
Dieses Hotel ist eine Zumutung. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist unhygienisch, heruntergekommen und schlichtweg inakzeptabel. Was hier als „4-Sterne-Hotel“ verkauft wird, grenzt an Täuschung. Selbst nach Zimmerwechsel bleibt das Bild gleich: Schimmel, Gestank, Schädlingsbefall und marode Einrichtung. Wir waren nur dank der schönen Lage nicht komplett enttäuscht ,aber: niemals wieder!!!

L'hotel è bello, vista mare, il mio giudizio risente di un episodio per me assurdo: è previsto il check out per le 10:30, in genere c'è sempre un pò di flessibilità. In ogni caso è vero che io sono stata in ritardo di un'ora e comunque parliamo di un soggiorno di 1 settimana in mezza pensione, non di 1 notte. È salita una signora dalla reception, Petra, per letteralmente cacciarmi di camera. Pur avendole spiegato che avevo bisogno di tempo aggiuntivo per finire i bagagli perché non mi ero sentita bene, ha iniziato ad alta voce, in corridoio, ad urlare e, con tanto di gesto con il braccio mi ha intimato di lasciare la camera entro 10 minuti. Avrei capito un addebito (l'hotel prevede per il check-out entro le 15 un costo di 40€, rapportato ad un'ora parliamo di meno di 10€), ciò che è intollerabile è questo comportamento di un personale di hotel 4*, anche perché c'erano ancora tante camere da sistemare. La signora in questione e tutte le altre della reception che quando ci hanno visti si sono tra di loro messe a borbottare davanti ad altri clienti non sono adeguate ai rapporti con la clientela per quel tipo di struttura.Non avranno più l'onore di rivederci. Tra l'altro il personale quando si tratta di altri orari ha un comportamento diverso: iniziano a togliere il buffet dei pasti mezz'ora prima, lettini e ombrelloni della piscina 2 ore prima.Per gli altri aspetti: pulizia superficiale delle camere e difficoltà di parcheggio. Ottima la colazione, cena da migliorare come sapori

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war leider eher enttäuschend.
Zimmer:
Die Einrichtung wirkt sehr alt und abgewohnt. Teilweise sind Möbel und Armaturen schon kaputt oder stark abgenutzt.
Sauberkeit:
Nur oberflächlich gereinigt, besonders im Bad und beim Bett wäre mehr Gründlichkeit nötig gewesen.
Pool & Liegen:
Eine Zumutung – um Punkt 8 Uhr morgens herrscht regelrecht „Startschuss-Atmosphäre“. Wer nicht rennt, bekommt keine Liege mehr, da sofort alle Plätze mit Handtüchern blockiert werden, selbst wenn stundenlang niemand dort liegt.
Animation:
Für ein All-Inclusive-Hotel war das Unterhaltungsprogramm sehr schwach und hat uns deutlich gefehlt.
Handtücher:
Trotz All-Inclusive musste man für Poolhandtücher extra bezahlen – das fanden wir unpassend.
Essen:
Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Essen – die Auswahl war groß und abwechslungsreich, geschmacklich sehr gut.
Fazit: Das Essen war wirklich gut, doch die alten und teils beschädigten Zimmer, das unfaire Liegen-Chaos am Pool, fehlende Animation sowie Zusatzkosten für Handtücher trüben den Gesamteindruck.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für uns daher nicht.
