"Check in was very easy and straightforward, receptionist was helpful. Reception closes at 2000 which I feel is too early any delay travel to Zurich is not really catered for. The room was spacious and had a large comfortable bed with a very good large shower. No room tea/coffee facilities were available. Tea/coffee was available just off the reception at any time as long as the machine was working, not really convenient if you are on the upper floors - I was on the 6th floor. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a vegetarian buffet and whilst adequate was a bit limited. The hotel is very convenient and close to shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the main station"

"The hotel was perfectly located. It was very close to the train station and one of the best shopping streets in Zurich. Easy to walk down to the lake and to the Old Town side. Dylan was exceptional- pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. There was no air conditioning but a fan was provided, which made us very comfortable."

"This is an excellent location in Zurich. This is old town, great restaurants and shopping. Sit along the water and enjoy watching the swans and a cocktail. Staff are great..breakfast is amazing...everything you would want. The only down..was no AC but they provided fans and opening the windows and it was fine. Slept very well. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotels location was in Old Town putting in near so many restaurants and charming streets. The breakfast was quite good and the indoor and outdoor dining areas were very nice. There’s a beautiful bar on premises however be aware it’s a cigar bar. We aren’t smokers so it got to be too smoky and we left after 1 drink. It’s an older hotel so the elevators are only big enough for 2 people at once. We traveled with another couple and their room had washcloths in it and ours didn’t. We asked for them and got them, the following morning the housekeeper took them away and didn’t replace them."
