O único inconveniente se vinculou ao péssimo serviço do restaurante Marguita. Ofereceram um local horrível para fazermos o nosso jantar, mesmo sendo hóspede. Privilegiaram pessoas não hóspedes e não procuraram sequer resolver a questão, sugerindo que se quiséssemos poderíamos aguardar um outro horário para fazermos o jantar, mas se esqueceram de um detalhe: a reserva havia sido feita pelo próprio a concierge do Hotel, Sr. Roberto profissional impecável. Portanto, penso que, neste particular o hotel caiu em meu conceito, mesmo porque o atual restaurante não se compara com o antigo Pavillon! Cláudio Antelo

Wundervolles Hotel, Niveau ist den Preisen angemessen. Leider befindet sich seit Ewigkeiten eine Großbaustelle gegenüber des Hotels, vor dieser wurden wir auch nach unserer Buchung gewarnt, allerdings wurde dort früher als mitgeteilt angefangen, sodass wir sehr früh morgens senkrecht im Bett saßen.
