"We loved this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and the service was attentive. The area is noisy but that is well advertised, it is on pink street. The sound proofing is good. I would definitely stay again"
"Wonderful guest house with spacious, light rooms. The staff are what make this guest house outstanding - they go over & above to make sure your stay is memorable & anything you need is sorted for you. "
"Very good location and good for young children and good bfast but the street noise is very loud at night and can be heard from the room (we were on first floor)"

"Top customer service
Comfortable beds and large rooms and location is superb. We walked every where
The included breakfast was unbelievable
The spa that was included was fantastic
Water and snacks were included which saved us money"
"Room 102 is large, spacious, and faces out toward the main street. There a floor to ceiling wardrobe with a safe for valuables, and a mini fridge. The bathroom has a stand-up shower with toilet and bidet, however there's no lock on the bathroom door which our only gripe. It could also use a few more hooks to hang towels, but it was very clean.
Despite facing the front, the main street quieted down during the night so you shouldn't be disturbed by any noise while asleep and there are blackout curtains if you want to sleep in.
The location was right in the middle of everything with shops, convenience stores, bakeries, etc within seconds of walking. And generally in the early evening/late afternoon you can catch sidewalk performers from your view. We opened the windows to enjoy listening to the saxophone performer.
There's an ice machine on the first floor, but it's not a large dispenser, it's a personal ice machine. Doesn't seem like a lot of people know about it since it was full of ice when we needed. But a large water bottle take up most of the ice and you'd have to wait for it to make more. Also, if you need to get around further, the metro station is also seconds away. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
"Exceptional service from check in to check out! More than a 5 star hotel! Will absolutely stay here again and refer others! Truly a delightful week spent!"
"This hotel is in a great area in the heart of everything. The view from our little balcony of the city looking down to the water was stunning. At check-in, we got upgraded to a bigger room. The room was super comfortable and quiet. "
"This hotel is centrally located in Lisbon and looks regal from approach. Staff were friendly, the room was in good shape and a decent value for the money. The rooms could use more outlets, but it sounds like renovations are beginning this month. Our room had a great view of the castle! The rooftop bar is best for drinks rather than food, but had great views of the city. The veranda restaurant was fantastic in both view and food, although somewhat expensive. As mentioned in other reviews, there is one border of the hotel that looks a little sketchy, so just enter and exit from one of the 3 other locations. "
