"We wanted to stay on US side after traveling to Niagara on the Lake and Toronto in Canadian side on our return trip to catch flight home. Great location to see nighttime at the Falls, and enjoyed great dinner in Lewiston recommended by B&B. Very close to Whirlpool state park ( a must). Great BB for enjoying Niagara Falls/ park."

"Everything was just wonderful! The room was clean and very spacious. The staff were friendly and the establishment was just amazing. There was no need to go outside. Everything we needed was all in one. The jacuzzi was absolutely relaxing for my mom and sister. Everything was wonderful!!"
"Staff was courteous. I didn't get the guys name but he worked the night shift that Saturday i stayed. They gave me room for the 1st floor when they saw i had a dog which was great cuz my mom was also with me but she was in a wheel chair. Weirdly the only way to get up there was a 8 flight step. They got working saw this and gave us room on the 2nd floor. Glad they had a extra room available. And thank you to the guy that helped. "
"If I could. I would give it 3.5 stars. I gave this a 3.5 for a few reasons.
Overall, it was decent. It’s a great location! The host was very communicative in the beginning. We were asked if we needed anything and we asked for three blankets and they kindly delivered.
The house is old, circa 1910, and quaint in that regard. It’s been “remodeled” and is decent.
The bathrooms are not shown in the pics for a reason. They are small (like, your knees will hit the opposite wall sitting and I’m 5’5”!) and the only shower/bath is upstairs. This house is not great for people with mobility difficulties.
I gave it a 3.5 because I asked the host if we could extend our stay by 1 hour and gave the reasons. They did not bother to respond. At all. A no would’ve been better than wondering and caused us to scramble. They also did not answer a question I had before our stay. I asked about the bathroom situation- I had two 84 year old grandparents with us. I believe not answering that question was deliberate.
Other cons: There was no dishwasher and there was a strange smell. They had timed air fresheners going off and it didn’t really help and was quite strong.
Overall it was okay, but we would not stay there again. "
