Breakfast was good they had an all you can eat buffet as well as a menu. Free warmed chocolate chip cookies to die for. Didn’t do so go on cleaning my room had to call down twice to get them to clean it. They came right up and did a great job. It is in walking distance to Niagara State Park and the rainbow bridge. Close to the free city bus stop. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location. Easy to walk to Niagra Falls, Maid of the Mist and even was able to cross the bridge into Canada by walking there and back to the hotel. The hotel room itself was not as high end as I expected, table had water stains and a cabinet had obvious water damage by fridge. Bed was comfortable but nothing felt luxurious.

The property was nice . We had a good view of the river from our room . The front desk people were nice , the people selling the tours / attractions were nice and helpful. The restaurant in the lobby was no good. All of the staff were hanging out at the bar. I got seated they said they would be right back with waters but never came back. I waited 20 minutes . I had to call the waiter over multiple times i.e get water, get food, etc. I ordered a drink and they tried to charge me 2x for one drink . Hotel 5/5 . Restaurant -1/5

I was surprised at how satisfied I was with this hotel. It is a 15 minute walk to Goat Island and the falls. A 10 minute walk to the free trolly and less to the casino. The room was decent in size with a balcony and the bed was very comfortable. The room was ready and for $35 we got in at 8:30am. The restaurant was pretty decent. The food wasn’t 5 star but good enough. The grounds in back provide a nice park with walking trails to the river. The elevator worked well and was fast. All in all a good stay.

Great people but the rooms black out shade didn’t quite keep all the light out. We were overlooking the parking lot so there were bright lights slipping in. Not terrible. Also the bed frame was larger than the mattress and we bumped our shins a few times. But the warm chocolate chip cookies and friendly helpful staff, good breakfast buffet and close to the Niagra State Park were all bigger positives so they get 4 stars overall
