it was super close to the beach but the beds were very uncomfortable, the view was nice and overall everything was good. only two things is bring your own pillows because the ones here are literally cardboard or flat 😭

Staff was great. The tv remote didn’t have batteries. I told Happy at the front desk and he sent the very nice housekeeper up within minutes with the remote and fresh batteries. I only stayed one night, but it was a good stay.

The owner, Mr. Patel, was friendly and a good guide to the area. On the first night our ac wasn’t working. He quickly replaced the entire unit while we were out to dinner. Great service. The rooms are basic, but clean and quiet. Short, 5 minute walk to the beach too.

For the amount i paid i was disappointed. Very outdated & not clean. I won’t book there again. The hotel is definitely more than 3 blocks away from the beach. The WiFi is terrible.

My son can’t stay in the hotel because the people from the check in was not friendly and the next they put a lot conditioner for stay, the room was dirty and the door didn’t work properly can parking his car and him left in the same day so he don’t use that hotel am pay for other different one and use more money. For my that hotel is 0

I never even got out of my car because of what I saw once I pulled up outside. I knew I would be charged anyway but no way could I stay there with my kids. I have never in my life seen anything like this shole. I knew immediately by the look of the place it would be a disaster. Thank god we found a fabulous B&B a block from the beach and boardwalk. Expedia has totally mislead people into thinking this place is a family friendly motel. It is actually the most run down motel in the area and the pool is about as big as a bathtub. It was our first time visiting the shore and there are so many lovely motels and hotels. This place should just be torn down and rebuilt.

This motel is a dump. It is gross, unclean, and unsafe. They told us at the front desk to not be alarmed by the frequent police presence. The a/c didn’t work, Wi-Fi didn’t work, there was hair everywhere, orange peels and dental floss in the garbage, and toilet paper in the shower drain/floor. We asked for a refund. They instead gave us a second filthy room. We again asked for a refund and they refused. We left for our own safety.

True review: the place is run down and filthy. The owner was really nasty, there were no parking spots. The owner told me to move trash and busted up bed frames to find a parking spot. There was a weird large mirror in the room that was suspicious. The shower was clogged. The towels were worn and stained. No sink in the bathroom. AC window unit was not cooling the tiny room. Just overall disgusting for over $300/night. We checked out after three hours and left because it was too gross to sleep there.

This is seriously the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We had to buy paper towels to clean ALL THE HAIR AND PUBIC HAIR off of the floor. I feel scarred for life. I cannot even begin to describe how bad this place smells and how gross it is. I want my money back. Cost $250. Seriously considering sleeping in my car. If anyone has a reservation there, see if you can cancel. Expedia really needs to consider not including this hotel. The noise at night sounded like crackheads fighting. We had to call the front desk multiple times, because we could not sleep, due to the noise. Really false description on Expedia.

My stay at Bay Breeze Motel was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any motel. When I arrived, I was promised parking on the property, but there were no spots available. After finally finding a place to park nearby, the owner assured me that I was safe with the parking pass displayed in my rearview mirror. However, the next morning, I woke up to a parking ticket because I wasn't in the correct spot. When I brought this to the owner's attention, he simply said, "This is your fault," and refused to help. The room itself was in terrible shape. It was dirty when we arrived, and the bathroom was no better—grimy surfaces, unclean fixtures, and an overall lack of care in maintaining basic hygiene standards. To top it off, the Wi-Fi was nowhere to be found, despite the front desk staff assuring me that it was available. When I tried to address all these issues with the person at the desk, they were completely unaccommodating and dismissive. I strongly advise against staying at Bay Breeze Motel. Between the lack of parking, the unhelpful staff, and the poor room conditions, it’s just not worth it.
