"The hotel lobby had complimentary water and juice - tea/coffee which was lovely and we were given drink tickets for the bar and restaurant as an added perk. We even received a free room upgrade that gave us a balcony and the view was wonderful. Suggestions for the hotel - have more water refill stations outside of just the gym. Allow for a self-service parking instead of valet only. And consider limiting late night pool hours- it got loud and, bathroom upgrades - they are a bit dated. "

"My husband and I stayed there for four nights and we had the most wonderful time there. Every morning was a different type of fresh cut fruit, mostly grown in the property and home bake goods. It was delicious! The room was small but comfortable and was exactly what we were looking for. The property and location was great too. "The views from the hotel were outstanding. We faced Hilo Bay and loved the beauty of the property. I am diabetic so I would have preferred a breakfast that included some protein. The bread and fruit was nothing I could eat so I gave mine to my family. The coffee was great. I enjoyed the egg dishes I had in the restaurant. Everyone was friendly."
