"This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they...

"I actually ended up across the road at the hotel adjacent to water park. ammenities were similar but geared to families...very basic accomodations and a bit dated. Food was good for an all inclusive....but definately brazilian centric. "

"Excelente Hotel, muito boa estrutura, atendimento espetacular! Além do resort, um bom parque de diversões para as crianças. Local é muito completo para família com crianças! O preço é caro, mas o conteúdo faz jus ao valor. Única critica: A limpeza e itens do quarto (armário , toalheiro , ar condicionado parede) deixaram a desejar."
