"Great experience. Would stay here again. Safe area, very walkable. Short distances to all sites, Space needle, Downtown, Pike Place, all within about 10-15 min. The Amazon spheres are a block over, plenty of cafes & restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean and every staff member was great!"

"Room spotless, soo clean. Massive ju ior suite,really comfortable and relaxing, cleanera also friendly and lovely. Ebissa and Lillian on front desk both wonderful. The girl who checked us in was awful, didnt tell us how to collext our free welcome drinks, which embaressing when we tried to and the girl told us we had to use the coasters in our room to do so and we were not told this and had to run up to our room to search for them. The girl with the coloured head scarve on reception her behavior was disgusting on several occassions, she did not once lift her head to say hi or bye or anything on several occasions. I also saw her sleeping on the sofa downstairs when i used the bathroom, which i found really unprofessional and should not be allowed, she looked a mess in her clothes and could not be bothered, she clearly hates her job and is not xustomer friendly, this is not the job for her!!."

"Great location and views from the over water king with balcony room are fantastic. Room was very clean and staff was very accommodating. Be aware the seagulls will wake you up at sunrise daily..lol"

"We love staying here. Always attentive We love the jacuzzi spa room it’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Another reason is Monica at Oliver’s She above and beyond. We not always try to visit if we stay over but even if we are just in the area. She always takes care of us knows our order. Last night we didn’t get back until about closing and she still made sure we got our usual to take to our room. She’s great. I appreciate too I wasn’t feeling great and we got late check out I so appreciate it. Even that hour helped a lot. Breakfast with room service was great great communication and right on time and delicious "
