"The hotel was well maintained. The hotel bar was nice but the food was mediocre. The property itself was nicely maintained. The location felt secluded and was near a few things. I would recommend. "
"Planned a last minute trip. The hotel is in a good area. You have multiple options for food and entertainment. Overall my stay was good. The only two complaints I have are as followed:
- we literally did not bother the front desk, but once and it was because the door to our room would not open. We struggled and I decided to head to the front desk and ask for a new key thinking that was the issue. Anyways came back and the door would still not open. I sent my son back to the front desk. A few minutes later the young lady comes towards my room with a nasty attitude. She doesn’t say anything to me and proceeds to open the door and then walks away. The rest of the staff made up for her nasty attitude.
-my other issue was that we developed a rash. I’m not sure if it’s the detergent they use in or if it was something else. But we developed this rash all over our bodies. Super itchy. We had to buy anti itch cream to help.
Otherwise our stay was good. Thank you to the cleaning ladies who were amazing and polite! "
"My hotel stay was great checked in for a wedding the shuttle service was prompt the hotel and staff was great breakfast was good. On mishap the clerk gave me a key to a room that was occupied. Overall a great stay!!!"
"We loved the hotel and grounds. The only drawback was the access to the actual location from the American dream mall (east 46) isn’t the easiest to navigate. There was some road construction one of the evenings of our stay that prohibited the only way across the highway; we had to travel quite a distance beyond the hotel in order to get onto the side needed to access the entrance. The hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious with a decent breakfast provided. We would definitely stay again if traveling to the area. "
