"No water bottles in the fridge which annoyed me considering I was on the 7th floor and arrived at midnight... going back down to get them was exhausting so I had to wait til morning. "

When I checked in and advised the clerk I needed parking I was advised to "park wherever I felt comfortable and if you can't find a spot just park in the fire lane." There were cars parked everywhere to the point that it was difficult to drive through the property. Needless to say I didn't sleep well the first night in fear that my vehicle would get towed away as I had to park in the fire lane. "
