"The lady who checked us in was unprofessional and rude. Seemed put out that we showed up asking for a room. I mentioned the rate was over $50 cheaper on Expedia and she snapped back with “we don’t go by that if you want you can book through them but it’s gonna be a wait until I check you in”…it took under 2 mins for me to book through the app. This shouldn’t be a person who is the first line of representation for your hotel. "

".My stay was very peaceful and the beds are very comfortable The view was very nice as well,, The only problem I have are the shower curtains,for that kind of hotel,,,,they should provide better shower curtains "

"There was hair in the bathtub no lotion and staff wasn’t overly friendly or really friendly at all except the manager. She was very nice."

"The room was clean but smelled of mildew. The staff was exemplary especially the young lady who checked us in (I hate I can remember her name). The room's heating (outside temps were in the 40s) was good. Comfy bed. The tv sucked. Turning it off and on and navigating the channels were a challenge as the remote seemed to have difficulty connecting with the tv."
