"There is very little parking on site . As the police department takes most of the spots. You should make a 2 or 3 story parking area in the triangle area of your property since it only grows weeds. First night ended when street construction began at 8 am under my balcony which we weren’t notified prior. Continental Breakfast was large but most guests were stuck looking to make sure the food was cooked enough to eat. The hotel Building was clean . my room was clean. We left early due to weather "

"The rooms are very nice and great view. The feel of lobby and other areas of the hotel are more like an all inclusive. Roof top is spectacular and barely anyone there. "

"A very disappointing hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. Our Junior Suite was nothing like the photographs in the hotel promotion. It was a dark gloomy room with dangerous wiring. The tv couldn't be plugged in and the door to the balcony wouldn't lock. (We were on the first floor and the unlocked door was a real worry.) The food was mediocre. Entertainment left a great deal to be desired."

"Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly however, breakfast staff were rude. Good choice at breakfast; fruit, pastries, hot food choices. The room 314 had a corner balcony and was lovely but didn’t really get the sun. Room very clean, cleaning staff lovely. Beach is 5 min walk away and nice restaurants are 8 mins walk ; hotel is close to bus station The resort is so clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff is really helpfull. Nice swimming pool (I was the only user in march). I didn't eat in the restaurant, only took a coffee in the morning. The location is also interesting because it's very near the bus station If you want to travel on the island by bus et to go the airport North, and near the beaches and the city center"

"This cannot be a 5 Star hotel. It should not be more than 3 stars. It is a very old hotel, staff was not helpful, we paid for breakfast during booking but they said its not included in spite of me showing them on the booking app. Location is not ideal, its very far from the airport and main lively area, unless you have a car its not convenient getting anywhere. Amenity timing is not good, bathroom and room also was not the best. The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the room-ocean view, that's it. We paid a lot for a 5 star experience but were disappointed. "

"Nice hotel, lovely spa but the only issue is you have to pay additional fees even if you’re a hotel guest to use at the spa and that’s excluding treatments!"
