"Always very clean, the cabins were spacious, anir con available in them too and you are given all the information before you arrive. A lot around, walking distance away. Would definitely recommend, would book again tbf."

"Room was clean and hotel was very nice and great location. Short walk to everything including Prado and Reina Sofia. Hotel breakfast was really nice and restaurant overlooked the street below. Was all I needed for a 2 night stay. Had an issue with toilet running but my own handiwork saved having to call 4 ayuda. "

"Great location! Buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of food. The elevators are tricky to use at the beginning, but once you learn it’s all good. The rooftop was OK, overcrowded, take your picture/video and leave. Staff was friendly. Close to Metro and shopping. Excellent if you want to take the metro to Santiago Bernabéu, right outside the door :)"

"Heater was adequate. March is still cool. Restaurant for breakfast buffet was comparable to other 4 stars hotels and not crowded. Medium size hotel with fair room prices. Madrid Centro location was ideal for walking everywhere and everything I needed was available at one store or shop or restaurant/tapas bar nearby. When I wandered too far (lost amidst the meandering streets), taxis were usually nearby and fairly priced."
