"Los Arcos Suites is an extension of the Playa Los Arcos main hotel property, and located just around the corner (within a block walking distance). It is a modest property, but does have it's own pool and lounge chair area. Much quieter than the main hotel. It is not beachfront, but the main hotel is beachfront, so you can reserve a lounger right on the beach. All-inclusive is a must, as the value is excellent - as is the food! Authentic Mexican/Spanish cuisine. It is a wonderful boutique property that is really well-located in the heart of the Romantic Zone of PV!"

"I absolutely loved my stay here! Everything was amazing from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and the entire atmosphere made our vacation so enjoyable and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The food and drinks were great, the property was beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending time by the pool and taking in the views. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of, and we had such a great experience throughout our entire stay. Puerto Vallarta was already such a beautiful place to visit, but staying here made the trip even more special. I honestly have nothing negative to say about our experience. We had an amazing time and made so many great memories. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!"

"I really like the location of this hotel. The beach is right outside, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The location is definitely one of the best things about staying here. However, I was disappointed with the hotel’s guest policy. This is not an LGBT-focused or adults-only hotel, yet if an adult guest wants to come over for just an hour or two, the hotel charges an additional $50 USD. I think this fee is excessive and makes the hotel feel less welcoming and inclusive, especially when the guest is only visiting briefly and not staying overnight. Overall, I love the location and convenience, but the visitor policy is something the hotel should reconsider."
