Ants in room - lots of them crawling everywhere, even over phone when on it
Sliding door in bathroom didn't close properly so no privacy

Shampoo/shower gel dispensers didnt actually work - the pumps seemed broken and couldnt be removed from wall so couldnt use
No milk provided for tea at the self service areas, would be easy enough to provide little cartons. Had to buy milk from Spar"
"Two words describe Apartamentos Villa Canaima "Absolutely Fabulous". The apartment and grounds were spotlessly clean. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. The barman in the poolside bar was great and the food and drink was very reasonably priced.
The location of the apartments was ideal, away from the hustle and bustle but within a short walk of plenty of shops and restaurants.
The only negative I could mention is that the kitchen hob had only two rings so you may struggle to prepare a gourmet meal 😃.
We will definitely stay here again."
