Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Lamentable el trato, ninguna comunicación en tiempo y forma. Reserva no atendida por el propietario. Llegas al alojamiento y ocupado por otros inquilinos. Sin respuesta, ni solución por ninguna de las partes, en ese momento. Tener que buscar solución. Pagar al precio del día, en otra plataforma y mucho más caro. Perder infinidad de tiempo en espera y reclamaciones. Romper los planes del viaje. Básicamente me siento ESTAFADO, aunque al final he recuperado el dinero. Nadie me va a devolver el tiempo, las malas sensaciones… No lo recomiendo de ninguna forma. Espero que dicho establecimiento desaparezca de la plataforma. Nadie merece pasar mí experiencia. Vas de viaje y te encuentras en la calle. Y buscando soluciones tú. RECOMIENDO NO RESERVAR CON PROPIETARIO DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO DE NINGUNA FORMA.
