"We enjoyed our stay. We loved the kids club - especially the waiting area for the parents- it was nicer to hang out there than in a jotel room. The distances seemed long at the beginning, but they were reasonable in reality. "

"The resort is small but has everything you need however from the moment we stepped on the property we were very aware of the separation made between people who have premium and the rest of the guests. In addition the kids klub staff is lovely however they only keep the kids for the activity which is unpredictable for timing so you can’t really plan anything without kids and they had my kids touch a snake which I’m fairly sure gave them ecoli:( they sent them to us with instructions to wash their hands rather then do it with them immediately. I’m assuming my 6 year old touched her mouth prior to washing them and was horribly ill within 24 hours. Was really unfortunate and terrible way to end our trip :("

"Highly recommend the food from the Hotel’s restaurant. Amazing food, tasty, big portions. Our reservation included breakfast buffet. The best breakfast I ever had, so complete: chilaquiles, eggs, pancakes, juice, fruit etc. staff members are so nice, polite, friendly. They are so helpful if you need any help getting some where.. I’m so happy I booked in this hotel. "

"Amazing stay at Casa Ceiba! We booked this hotel in hopes of finding tranquility and beautiful scenery and it did not disappoint. The staff were wonderful, food was great at the restaurant and the daily breakfast was a delight with lots of options. Staff also does a great job with housekeeping. And the pool was pure bliss! Casa Ceiba is a little further than hotels closer to town but it’s worth it. Taxis were super easy to get around in. If you’re looking for a stay with great amenities and not huge crowds, Casa Ceiba is where it’s at. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon. They ran out of wine every single night and the drinks were very watered down. "

"Property was beautiful, but not advertised unfortunately.. beach access was a view and no access and tgstcwas very important to us as we had planned on snorkeling a lot on this vacation and at this resort. Unfortunately that willnever hsppen with littel no access and even if possible huge big bolders and rocks woukd stop you you big time from getting in . Arrived late afternoon to only kitchen in place already closed fir the day after 4 pm . No other options around this place , especially with no car . Rooms was old fashioned and very dated . Bad water pressure at all times and littel to no hot water unfortunately. The bed was old and like lying on the hard tile floor and ruined my sleep and back so bad by 5 am , that I was unable to sleepnor walk very well by the am . My bad back was now much worse . Ac was ok , but tv was terrible and coukd barly see or understand as its all in spanish . I know we in Mexico but the tv was older then my 15 year old son and was probably a 20 inch tv in top left corner ..couldn't even see it or hesrvit from anywhere in room . Over all was not happy or satisfied with this place or rooms thst desperately needing to be brought into the 2020 era at very least .. many mounds and stairs to climb every time we left . No elevator. Staff was friendly and understanding to my concerns and we insisted on leaving the next day to kore suitable accommodations to enjoy our trip as planned . As well trying to get our refund after many days was difficult. "

"Lovely place to stay, amazing view from every patio of the stunning shoreline. Short walking distance to 2 of the best Huatulco beaches. Amy the owner is so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious…. Fresh fruit, yogurt and granola, coffee/tea. About 10 min drive into town so nice idea to have a car, otherwise taxis are available. "
