The hotel was beautiful and the room was nice! I didn't get to use the pool or lounge on the rooftop but both seemed very peaceful. The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs, and the restaurant was good too! It's in a quiet pocket of Huatulco but I liked that you could call a taxi and get anywhere pretty quickly. The front desk helps with booking tours to see attractions while you're there. I'd recommend this hotel and stay here again next time I'm in Huatulco.

Bocana paradiso

This is a wonderful adult only property with a friendly and helpful staff of local Oaxacan people who are very genuine the facilities are quiet and beautiful it is a small hotel which is what we like.

The room was very clean. I loved the decorations of the hotel very original the atmosphere was very pleasant and quite. The staff was very attentive, polite and helpful. Specially Melina she was very helpful and good to us. Overall I enjoyed my staying at this hotel. I really recommend it 10/10.

This hotel was the best decision of our trip.

The rooms, public spaces, pool were all comfortable and well designed. Service was top - from front desk to restaurant - all friendly, helpful and prompt. We ate most of our meals there and every one was delicious. The location is ideal if you like isolated, peaceful areas. Walking Playa Bocana each morning for sunrise was our favourite. We did the Wahaca Cooking school next door and it was incredible. A very short and cheap cab ride to the centre.

Amazing stay

AMAZING! The front desk staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. They will communicate with you and help you with any needs you have. Melina was an amazing help booking tours and activities. The hotel is VERY clean and I love how eco conscious and friendly they are. The restaurant did an amazing job at offering high quality yet authentic Oaxacan food. Will definitely be back here again!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Bocana. The personnel, service, setting, and accommodations were excellent. Our primary goal for the trip was rest and relaxation and Casa Bocana fit the bill perfectly. The location of the hotel is a bit remote and requires the use of car or taxi to get around, but this is not a problem as you can access La Crucecita (plaza area) for food and shopping in 15 minutes. Waking to the sound of roosters was charming and we watching the sunrise from our balcony was spectacular. A special thank you to Jess, Melina, and Beto for their friendly and attentive service. We hope to return soon!

Disappointing stay on a few levels. AC leaked in the room. Power cycled on and off at 530am. Check-in was tedious and took longer than it should. They are trying to be something they're not good at.

The BEST hotel by far and a true gem/ oasis and a MUST stay. The staff are angels in disguise 🙏🙌 From the moment you arrive to the second you leave, you feel truly welcomed and cared for. The staff is incredibly friendly, and everyone you encounter is warm and genuine. The design of the room feels perfectly thought out, with every detail aimed at creating the ultimate atmosphere for relaxation. The restaurant alone deserves five stars across the board.
