"It's the worst experience in my life. The apartment is only one room and a small hall, but the reservation was for two rooms and a hall. The owner told me to stay only one night and he will change the apartment for me the next day. But he didn't respond to my phone or messages. The bathroom is dirty and the sink is broken. The fish tank in the hall is also broken. It's a bad experience and I left before I finished all the days of the reservation."

"Bed/mattress is old and uncomfortable. Water pressure in unit was very low sink/shower. Room was extremely heat temp control was not assessible for room occupants. No security checks for vehicles entering the facility. On-site personnel need to have a standardized check-in process that covers all pertinent information for new quests to avoid unnecessary incidents with staff."

"It was an excellent and comfortable ten-day stay in a well-equipped hotel apartment with a good kitchen and some cooking utensils, and a very high level of security. Transportation was excellent; the taxi stand and metro station were just minutes from the hotel entrance. The hotel reception staff were outstanding and very helpful. They spoke English and were easy to communicate with, readily available to assist with any requests or services we might need. They were friendly and welcoming at any time, 24 hours a day. Room service was excellent, with daily cleaning, changing bed linens and towels every two days, and providing bottled water, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), toilet paper, etc. Overall, this hotel is excellent in every way, and if we return to Istanbul, it will be our first choice, and I highly recommend it."
