Hotels near Mall of Istanbul

"The noise coming from somewhere around the room was too much I had to cancel the rest of my reservation, hangers in the wardrobe were very dusty , the lighting in the apartment was too low , I didn’t get the exact luxury vibe it looked like in the photos. "

"The room was full of smoke smell, my kids developed skin rash. The lights were half broken, water tap was not functioning, floor was not clean. The rooms look far from reality. Area is so disconnected, entrance is sketchy. I booked for 10 nights and checked out after one night, they took all money and didn’t give me anything back, despite me being reasonable and responding to all their flase claims. Avoid this at all costs if you can. Looks attractive but a big scam. Even Expedia team was struggling to get in touch with the manager to discuss my case. Hope they read my review and give me my money back."

"Very ,very small rooms, staff speaks zero english, rooms have no controllable air conditioner/heat you have to ask the main desk to adjust the ac/heat.phones dont work. The radius of the entire neighborhood is covered in heavy dust. The only shops nearby are small convenient stores that sell snacks and drinks..I would definitely not recommend this hotel. "

"Fabulous place to stay, so close to the metro etc. very quiet and peaceful with great poll and sauna. Breakfast was excellent also, staff are very helpful. "

"We recently stayed in this hotel after moving from another and we would definitely recommend it for anybody although it’s located close to quite a busy main road gives access to quite a few very big shopping malls with a short distance to walk, two lovely restaurants, very reasonably priced and lovely food. The staff cannot do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Istanbul."
