"This Ibis location is very convenient and accessible as it is just across the train station. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful. Dining option available till late so that’s a plus. Only downside is that you can’t store your luggage with them for free. It comes with a cost."

"Decent hotel at a good location ( Stephanie Tram stop is 2mins and Louiza Metro stop is 5 mins walk) - the decor of the hotel looks tired. The higher floor rooms are very warm on a sunny day and somehow the AC couldn’t cool it. For sustainability reasons they change sheets every 3 days but for us they didn’t even do that. The bathroom has nothing other than a body wash and shampoo. Breakfast is ok. However, the staff are very helping and courteous."
