Due to a foot injury, the staff were very friendly and accomodating to place me at the closest room to the entrance. Room was clean and location was extremely convenient and only a few minutes from the Grand Place and central station. Only downside is that it can be pretty loud late at night. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Our stay at Hotel Agora was very nice! We had a lovely smaller, cozy room with a window that opened to the courtyard below. The hotel is right in the heart of Brussels old town and just steps from Grand Place. The hotel was easy to walk to from the train station and very convenient to all the sights and shopping. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location is very good. It's close to the brussels central station and several tourists spot. There is no lift. Stairs are steep and narrow. If you are not fit or carry large suitcase ,take it in consideration.

Great location. Literally on the doorstep of great bars, restaurants, souvenir shops etc. 5 min walk to Grand palace. Close to public transit. Hotel itself is fine if you just need somewhere clean to sleep. No elevator but very helpful man behind the desk carried all our bags up. Room very basic with a kettle, no fridge unfortunately. Soft comfy bed. Provided cot for our baby Would stay again

Charming property but not suitable for some because there was no elevator. Staff was very helpful assisting with luggage but the higher floor you’re on the more steps to climb whenever you leave or arrive. Older building.

Walking distance to everything. 5 mins to centre square, mannequin pis, galleries, museums, palace, 100m to station which was super handy. Staff were so lovely and very helpful. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Super helpful with my husbands medication storage.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of city center. Staff was amazing! We got there before our room was ready, but were able to drop our bags. When we came back, the staff had already taken our bags to our room for us (no small task as there is no elevator and LOTS of stairs). Very helpful woman at the front desk and later a young man who helped us arrange a taxi for the next morning. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!
