This is a lovely older property very close to old Brussels and Grand Place but not right in the middle of the crowds. It is very well maintained and has a calm atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. It is a short walk to the central station. The beautiful Galeries de St Hubert are almost across the street and there are many restaurants and waffle cafes. We would definitely recommend it.

It’s a very difficult hotel to stay, no help for the bags, and they wil not be gentle at your check out. They will call you starting 10:3@ until they finally send you the cleaning lady to knock on your door door. Not friendly.

En général tout a été très bien. L'hotel est très propre et bien situé, très près du centre ville et du terminal de train. La seule chose que ne m'a pas plu a été me check in. La femme qui nous a reçu n'a pas été gentille avec. En plus je fais une réservation avec Expedia , petit déjeuner inclu mais elle m'a dit que n'était pas inclu. Une nuit a minuit ont arrive dès nouveaux huesped en faisant beaucoup de bruit, on ne pouvait pas dormir. J'ai téléphoné à la réception et le monsieur qui a répondu le téléphone m'as dit que il allait résoudre le problème et après 5 minutes rien de bruit. Notre chambre au deuxième étage avec vue jardin très silencieuse. Il n'existe des hôtels parfait mais quelques fois les employés peuvent être plus gentils et ça ferrait la différence.

This is a beautiful and unique property, with wonderful suites near many tourist attractions in the old town of Brussels as well as access to the train station. The staff if quite welcoming, and it is appearance that they convey an abundance of hospitality and expertise in their work. Would highly recommend staying here!

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of The Grand Place. Steps away from foodies paradise - Belgian waffle, frites and chocolate lovers places at every corner. 15 minutes away from Atomium and Mini-Europe, Manneken Pis, Gallerie St. Hubert are both steps away too. Highly recommended. Staff were amazing and the rooms are well kept and spacious. Definitely coming back to this hotel😊

Hotel was well located in the old city. It’s a unique venue, but don’t expect a lot of amenities. We had to drag our suitcases up a flight of stairs where there was no elevator access. No one on the staff offered to help. Breakfast was the minimus compared to what we were used to at a full service hotel. Overall, stay was pleasant. Don’t expect a modern state experience.

Great boutique hotel in the middle of Old Brussels. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Try Pain Quotidien for breakfast beautiful pastries. Hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but lots nearby. But coming back to the hotel after a day sightseeing and have a drink in the lounge is very good.

Le Dixseptieme is perfectly located near the Grand Place and the Galaries. I stayed in the R. Raveel room, which was quite spacious along with the bathroom. The hotel is quite nice with many sitting rooms and a small garden courtyard. I highly recommend staying here. The hotel is easily accessed from the Brussels Central train station or the Bouers Metro stop.

Our room was spectacular. On the top floor it was a two level room with a private rooftop deck. Featuring A very large living room, dining room and upstairs a mezzanine bedroom and bathroom. Truly a unique property and the location was perfect. The hotel does have an elevator but you will still need to walk up some stairs to get to this particular room as it is located on the very top of the building. Worth it!!

Good location. We had a patio room which was nice and quiet. You did have to walk through a small open patio area to reach it which was fine as it was dry. We didn’t have breakfast as we tend not to eat a lot and at 22€ would have been pricy but it looked nice. No USB ports.
