The property from the beginning was ideal, walking distance from the airport, and walking distance to train station and Pisa centre and Tower. The room was spacious modern and clean and comfortable, adequate storage for clothes and belongings, we stayed a week; instructions to enter building was very easy to follow. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory. Any queries we had were sorted out immediately, by very friendly, nice host.

We were given three keys: one to the building, one to the door of the apartment and one to the bedroom. The key to the building did not work well, It look us at least 10 minutes to get it to open the door after much jiggling. The door to the apartment had to be manually locked from the inside. Other clients to the apartment entered the apartment late at night and failed to lock this door! For safety reasons this door lock should be replaced by a self locking one. The manager to the apartment does not live in the building and can only be reached by a phone call. The night we had problems unlocking the door to the building he did not pick up the phone.

Home from home. Nice clean rooms and use of communal kitchen. Excellently located between the airport and Central rail station and within 1km of both. What really stood out was the communication before arrival, during early check in and throughout. Used their restaurant recommendations. First class. Great value for money too.

Wonderful property! Immaculate, wonderful breakfast. Very convenient to Airport and Train Station. The shuttle they provided was super helpful, as was Michele. I would highly recommend!

Room and location were great. Walkable to Pisa airport and honestly we were there for less than 12 hrs. The area while safe is a bit run down but our host gave a us a few restaurant recs for dinner which was helpful.

The managing agent at the bnb was wonderful. He was extremely helpful getting us settled in and oriented us to the area. If looking for a place near the airport, its location is a 7 minute easy walk.

Our stay was brief, one night, arrived at 9pm and left at 7.30 am. Room was a good size, private bathroom clean and pleasant. There is no reception so it's necessary to confirm an arrival time whereupon somebody will be on hand to let you in and show you around. Very helpful people run the place, I was in contact via WhatsApp a number of times pre arrival as we were delayed enough route. We got to Pisa unexpectedly late via Flixbus at 20:50 due to train strikes and the owner helped us to arrange a taxi which was a lifesaver to be honest.

This was one of the cutest b&b I have stayed at, conveniently located next to the airport. The room was extremely clean and the bathroom was modern. The host was friendly and communicative and the pastries and coffee at breakfast were excellent.

This prooerty was easily walkavlw from the trai station and for all the attractions of Verona. It was very clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed to the property and provided with recommendations for the area. The ice cream shop over the road is excellent!

The property is on a busy main road that leads from Pisa to the Airport, and it's about a 5 minute walk to the airport. This is convenient if you have an early flight. The property is very clean and has good AC and a good bathroom. However there were 3 issues for us: 1) The check-in was completely remote. We communicated over WhatsApp with the owner, and used a keysafe to get in. Ok for us but would be harder for anyone who might not be as comfortable with IT. 2) Breakfast was too small and again was completely self-service. One very small pastry each, and access to about 3 types of cereal. Basic coffee or Tea - we had stayed in about 10 properties in our tour of Italy including hotels, B&Bs, Villas, and Agriturismos, and had got used to a morning cappuccino made for us. This breakfast was very basic and was a sad end to the holiday. 3) Our bathroom was across the hallway - it was not ensuite. I looked and this was not mentioned by Expedia and made a big difference - with an ensuite you can easily move from bedroom to bathroom and back. With this layout, we had to get dressed, walk across the hall, unlock the (private) bathroom, then lock it, get undressed again, have our shower (for instance), then dry and get dressed, unlock the bathroom, then lock it again, then walk across the hall to the bedroom. It was unexpected as it was not documented on the Expedia site when we booked.
