"The property is in the middle of Old Orchard Beach. This is a resort town. Through no fault of the hotel, it is loud with lots of people, trains going by, motorcycles revving engines. I did not realize this when I booked so shame on me. I am older and would have preferred a quieter place to stay. Lots of people though having fun. Amusement park maybe 200 yards down the street and lots of restaurants with music."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and resourceful. The hotel is right on the beach, with beautiful views and a perfect location. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!"

"Such a cute and cozy place to stay!! Having the kitchen was just great! AC worked very well too. And THAT POOL!!!! Clean and nicely heated which felt great after the very short walk from the beach. I don’t think the location could have been any better!!! We could see the carnival rides with how close we were but just far enough away that it wasn’t too loud. We will DEFINITELY be coming back next summer!!! Five stars all day!!!"
