"You can't beat this location! Easy to the beach and quick trolley ride or walk to the pier. I stayed in a basic room and it was very neat and well kept. They also have upgraded rooms available that look very nice with amazing views right on the water. Will check that out on our next visit."

"My family of 8, had an amazing week-long stay at this motel in Old Orchard Beach! The owners were absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep every night. The kitchenette was perfect and had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay, which made our week even more enjoyable and convenient. We were also impressed with the shower, the water pressure was excellent, and there was always plenty of hot water. The pool was clean, refreshing, and a great place to relax after a day at the beach. It was obvious that the property was well cared for and maintained. The location was also very convenient, just a short distance from the center of the pier and all the attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything Old Orchard Beach has to offer while still having a quieter place to unwind. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The combination of wonderful owners, comfortable accommodations, a well-equipped kitchenette, a great pool, and a convenient location made for a fantastic vacation. We highly recommend this motel and would gladly stay here again!"
