Will never come back!

Awful, no hairdryer, people next door talked all night got no sleep, tv didnt work, fridge was inplugged amd there was old food in there so the fridge stunk! Smallest space, old and dingy.

Sheets got stains of grease, there was a lot of holes in the walls letting the bugs get in, the door was just locking from inside, we hear EVERYTHING as if the walls were paper, the shower was discusting. If you're looking to have the bare poor minimum, bring something to sleep good. Good luck

I wish the reviews properly stated what this motel is. It is more like camping. There was a plugged in heater stand, but no heat throughout the two rooms. When you walk there is no living room, you walk into a bedroom, then a door, and another room with only bed, then a kitchen and tiny bathroom. The entire place felt very stuffy and filled with pet dander as i would react with allergies while in the rooms. The evening was very cold with no heat, we would have to place the space heater in the middle of the doors. The 1 dresser for clothes shelves were locked and did not open. Would not recommend this place.

Our two bedroom “suite” was so small! There is no way it could accommodate 4 adults comfortably. The bathroom was so tiny, we had to leave the door open to even brush our teeth. As you bent over to brush your bottom was put the door. Really run down.

My husband is 5 ft 10 (170 lbs) and could not fit in the shower or use the toilet. We decided to checkout after staying one night even though we knew we would not be refunded over $250

The window in the kitchen wouldn’t close. Old and dirty bar stools. Mattresses old and unfit for sleeping. Bathroom so small you could not turn around in it. Could not fit in disgusting looking shower and we are not big people. No lighting outside door and up stairs, walk uneven, unsafe and we did not sleep or feel safe all night. The room cost $200. and was unfit. This was the worst place I ever stayed at!

Yikes please be warned U get what U pay for

Parking across the street was not well marked and not knowing about that I couldn’t figure out where to park! Once checked in I wasn’t given a key to my room! (I didn’t notice because I was exhausted.) Tiny room had OVERWHELMING fake odor covering smell, I wanted to gag. I had to plug in the TV and it was VERY confusing how to start watching something! They should let guests know this! TV streaming kept pausing and there are no good streaming services like Netflix-you have to watch commercials and they repeat every time the stream is interrupted. I also had to plug in the microwave and coffee maker which wouldn’t fit in the socket so I had to move it.

Overall, it provided me an affordable place to stay. I’d read the reviews and had laughed at the comment about the small bathroom. The joke was on me! It is so small you can wash your hands while sitting on the toilet! Multi tasking at its best. Or worst depending on perspective! You can’t really get undressed in there. The hotel is dated, which isn’t the worst thing in the world. The kitchenette is basic, and the whole ‘suite’ is also, to be honest. But, I was there during off season. I bet in summer, the short walk to the beach more than makes up for any shortcomings the hotel has. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but I’d be sure to bring blankets (they didn’t have any on the beds), and definitely not if I wasn’t staying with people I know REALLY well. You know, the whole tiny bathroom thing! This sounds negative, but in truth, I found it highly amusing.

Do not stay here if you value your safety!! I could do a whole separate review on how filthy and tiny this place is but I would have overlooked all of that. At 650am on our first night an unknown man ented our "locked" room when only our 13 year old daughter was awake in the room. When confronting management about the issue that we no longer felt safe and wanted to leave and get a refund for the night we wouldn't be staying they at first promised to move us to another property only to reverse course, accused my child of lying called the police and kicked us out of the property once we started really complaining. Management claimed there was no video footage (which they deleted so they wouldn't be sued) and that something like this has never happened before (which later we found out was a lie). Once I delved deeper into other reviews in the past for this place it is clear there is a pattern with Beach Motel & Suites. I think it's pretty obvious when I found other travelers have complained about people coming in their room in the middle of the night and then management kicking them out for complaining. When customers complain about anything they kick them out early and pocket the nonrefundable cost of the rest of your trip, so it's a scam. My daughter is now traumatized and we were treated like criminals with no care about the safety concern for other guests. Do your research and find another place. Never again!!

PROS: Location, Location, Location. Its in a great spot, very walkable and a 10 minute walk from the action and beach, no need to worry about parking. Amelia the manager is lovely and helpful. CONS: Unfortunately there are quite a few. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was the epitome of efficiency. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet but with the door closed (which some prefer) you cannot move in the bathroom or get dressed and anyone over 5'4" will have to sit sideways on toilet to keep their legs from hitting sink pipes. The bedroom left little room to move with a full size bed in it. Each room had a dresser w/at least one drawer missing a knob and which wouldn't open. Closet size was ok but hangars were mis-matched and clearly taken from stores like Old Navy. In one room, the closet back wall was actually the shower stall. During the stay the hot water knob broke and then the toilet started leaking and they fixed it by placing a solo cup under it to catch water. Within an hour of check out they were replacing the toilet, why they couldn't do this during our stay is beyond me? In the kitchen, there are two gas burners and a tiny sink. For a 2 bedroom suite they offered 2 mug/plates and mismatched silverware, not enough for 3 people and the floor was filthy. The internet dropped out several times which led to the smart tvs not working. Lastly, a fight broke out in the room next door around 1 am one night. Not a relaxing vacation or worth the $$$.
