"I came here for a solo trip for a few days to escape reality. The resort is certainly set up so you don't have to leave, which is exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very professional (when I couldn't find the coffee shop I asked a cleaning lady who stopped what she was doing to walk me to the shop). I also loved that there are water refill stations on every floor. However, the coffee shop definitely needs a makeover. It doesn't measure up to the rest of the resort. Also, there's no vending machines or little markets that a lot of Marriotts have so if you like a little snack before bed, plan ahead! "

"This is my favorite place! Breakfast was wonderful. We really miss the old menu though. Nothing the kids will eat at the new cantina. All in all the remodel looks great, just wish they kept the sports bar and menu it was a great place to chill. "

"Looks can be deceiving. Do not book. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they were not accommodating at all. So many of the amenities were down, and the staff was not helpful at all. The last straw for me was when I asked for late checkout initially they granted that request and said that we could stay until noon. At 11:15 AM they were banging on our door like the police. I aexplained that we had been granted late checkout, and they still rushed us out although my boyfriend was in a business meeting virtually and our flight was not until later that night. The pool was disgustingly dirty, the breakfast was cereal and old milk. Even the donuts were stale. The waffle machine was broken. The bathroom sink was leaking and the Jacuzzi stopper was not available so we could not use it. Please save yourself the grief."

"The room was fine, very comfortable bedding. The pool temperature was good. The food was mediocre, the service was horrible."

"Beds needed to be cleaned. Bug bites from bedding. Hot-tub does not allow children under 16, would’ve booked elsewhere if we had known, upper management scolded our child for getting in hot tub."

"Everything was amazing from the room, the view, the amenities and casino. I just wish the restaurants on site had more variety in what food they offer. The main pool was closed our entire stay but the west pool was amazing. Would definitely come back. "
