The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the hotel is next to a very busy freeway. Trying to sleep while cars and motorcycles were racing with loud mufflers late at night was terrible! We were also hit with a $10 parking fee which was not disclosed when checking in-pretty lame considering the parking lot was shared by several businesses. Breakfast was okay but not great!

I can't mention enough about how welcoming all the staff was, really made my stay! Their breakfast was probably the best breakfast included hotels I've stayed at around the Phoenix vicinity compared to Glendale, Peoria, and Avondale areas. I would definitely recommend.
