Unfortunately the room was just an emergency backup room due to being fully booked and as such, it wasn't as presentable as other rooms, but it was clean and comfortable."

We checked in with no problems, but our heater went out in the middle of the evening and it was very cold that night. The next morning we went and spoke to the staff, and they were incredibly accommodating and helped us move to a different cabin, which was absolutely amazing. We will stay there again. The customer service was incredible! "
