The room was small but clean. Sadly it was directly over the reception area and next to the elevator, so it was noisy almost all night and morning. People have zero concept of keeping their voices down.

Loved the setting of the hotel! It was nestled in the trees about 1/4 block off the main roadway which reduced the noise greatly! The 2 young ladies who greeted us & checked us in were fabulous! They immediately made you feel at home & welcomed! The room was spacious. Loved the set-up for the coffee bar, microwave & fridge, Very user friendly!! Well thought out!

showing some age, some small lack of maintenance. small things, like only 2 full size bath towels one in room decaf one reg coffee for the machine. Shower head not great, flow very low.

The accommodations were very good. The service was not. When checking in at 3 am because of traffic getting to our location we were chastised for not calling ahead because we were checking in late. It is a Highway side location. We should not have been treated that way.

This was an uncomfortable stay. Staff was not very helpful. We asked for room refresh and twice did not get it. Had to go to the front desk for everything. There wer maintenance issues but they were handled immediately at in a friendly manner. We will not stay here again.

I was charged twice. The gentleman at the front desk did not seem to understand that I had already paid so in order to avoid further confrontation I paid again. I've been trying to resolve this without any success. At the room we had one coffee cup and one coffee pod. This seemed strange since we had two people checking in. When we approached the same gentleman at the front desk about another cup and more coffee pods he seemed frustrated about meeting our request. The motel in itself was quiet and clean. The room was as expected.

Did not live up to the Marriott brand. Doors slamming from other rooms would shake the room. You could hear people walking across the floor upstairs. Shower area had poor lighting, had mildew, and then drainage issues. Finally, when we asked for a shower cap, the clerk said they did not provide them. And no plastic laundry bag for your dirty clothes. Finally, when opening up the fridge to put out drinks in, it was frozen with a block of ice.
