"The unit is clean, the host is very accommodating, agreed to check us in in a very short notice. Seamless check in and check out. Literally 5min walk to SM Bicutan. The only downside is the walls between each unit is not sound proof, however they have a strict noice curfew from 6am til 10pm if I remember it right. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"Room was very small.Advertised to accommodate 3-4 people which was impossible. There was one queen bed for two people and the rest will have to sleep on the floor. There was no place to keep your wardrobe other than your luggage. Very limited electrical outlet. You have to unplug the refrigerator to plug in the microwave. There were bugs noted crawling at night. In fairness, the building and the whole complex was nice and beautifully maintained. "

"I booked for 2 nights for 4 people the check in was ok but to get checked in you have to take stairs to get to the reception there’s no other access except for the basement but you have to get a parking pass first at the reception to be able to go to the basement. The room was small the amenities were for 2 people only, towels, pillows (torn pillow case) slippers, plates etc, the toilet has a funky smell and beddings seems not clean, they have a mattress for the 3rd person that is so thin and we...

"The location is truly convenient, just a short walk from the meeting spot I had in mind! However, I was disappointed to find it unclean and unpleasantly odorous, with a persistent cockroach problem that I find intolerable. The property owner should consider updating her online photos to more accurately reflect the current state, as they depict a much nicer space. If she could refurbish or give it a thorough cleaning to eliminate the smell and pests, it would significantly improve the experience."

"Location was excellent, connected to the Venice Grand Canal, close to the airport and the BGC location has alot of restaurants and shopping area"
