"It's an apartment within a basic condo. The place was clean and tidy but the amenties were average. The toilet was basic and the beds were too soft for my liking. Not recommend if you are generally used to a hotel like setting with brightly lit corridors and security. "

"the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? "
