No tenía agua nuestro lavabo y eso que lo fueron a revisar y no dijeron ni arreglaron nada, no había nada de personal capacitado, solo dos chavos que medio querían ayudar pero no podían hacer mucho. La alberca suuuper sucia y el agua muy turbia que me dió asco meterme a mí y a mi novia. Terrible experiencia que mejor me fui a otro hotel en cuanto pude"

"Worst hotel experience for a supposed 5-star property. Dirty rooms, cockroaches, ants, clogged bathroom, no hot water, weak A/C, Wi-Fi not working, and dog feces on the terrace. The only response was “sorry,” with no compensation at all. Definitely do not recommend, especially for the price charged."
