Excellent staff, but the room smelled bad and the sink was leaking. Also, the bed was terrible, not comfortable at all; you could feel the springs of the mattress.

Fueron muy atentos, me ayudaron a proporcionar números de taxis seguros porque iríamos a Jardines de Mex., la verdad fueron muy amables. Lo que no me gustó, que salía un olor desagradable del baño, solo eso.

La alberca esta limpia, las áreas verdes estan muy cuidadas. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero comodas, la vista del hotel es muy bonitas. Solo agregaria servicio de comida para evitar salir.

El hotel es muy limpio y amplio, cuenta con varias albercas de distinta profundidad, la zona es tranquila y bien conectada con carreteras y vialidades principales, así como con comercios de todo tipo cerca. El personal es amable y te brindan orientación sobre lo que necesitas. Me encantó que es PET friendy y que puedes ingresar alimentos y bebidas y consumirlos en las áreas comunes, sin duda ponen todo de su lado para una estancia placentera

Pagué una habitación en más de 4000 pesos mexicanos (usd $270) con 2 camas king, la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores y no es suficiente para una habitación de ese tamaño, no hay agua caliente, no ofrecen desayuno y si bien tiene vista al lago no tiene acceso, en resumen pagué a precio de oro una habitación que con suerte vale la 4a parte de lo que pagué
