Le falta mantenimiento al hotel. La alberca para niños estaba cerrada. La comida en el Pool bar tardó muchísimo en llegar. No tocó una habitación junto al elevador, el cual mucho ruido. Las luces de la alberca techada estaban fundidas. En el área de niños de la jungla había filtraciones de agua, lo cual es bastante peligroso.

En general todo muy bien, únicas observaciones, algunos juegos infantiles están maltratados y les vendría bien renovarlos, especialmente el área adyacente al barco pirata. El staff muy amable, pero en restaurantes notamos un poco de falta de coordinación en quién atiende, sobre todo a la llegada
