I loved that they include breakfast unlike more expensive hotels. The breakfast was pretty good and had multiple options. The staff was also friendly and there when you needed them. I'd stay again.

although staff was not on-site at the time I check in, they answered the phone and got to the lobby quickly. They are very nice and helped my with simple cooking pot. Check out is also quick and smooth. The breakfast is simple but had hot items. Traditional best western hotel

Overall, we had an awesome stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with plenty of local places close by. The breakfast was great as well, which was definitely a plus. The only issue we experienced was with the AC unit. It seemed to struggle during the daytime and didn’t really cool the room down until early morning, when it was already cooler outside. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this property!

For a little getaway to do a weekend trip not needing anything from a hotel other then sleeping this was perfect. We come to Dollywood once a month so we just need a hotel to sleep and this was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was so spacious it was perfect

We stayed two nights for our Dollywood trip. Super close and near lots of other fun stuff. The rooms were quiet. The AC ran incredibly well on such a hot summer day. Staff were friendly and helped us check in a little late. I didn’t see the parking pass they gave me until we were leaving, so I didn’t use it in my car but would recommend you do!
