The pics do not look like the rooms. Beds are extremely hard but were clean. The floor could have used a good sweeping and mopping. There were kids clothes in the dresser. Could have been left by previous guest. It wasn't really a big deal. The AC was cold which was great. The employees were nice.

The management at the Bear Mount Inn and Suites were very friendly and kind. They were happy to provide extra towels or any other necessity when requested. We came during the busy holiday season, and they helped save our trip by providing us a room with an accommodation for our pet as well. It’s not the fanciest hotel, but it has heart.

Great location- the first room we were assigned had not been cleaned so they changed our room and gave us a bunkbed room. My kids appreciated the bunk but it was so noisy all night. Apparently my son moves often and the bed was squeaky. We only had two towels but they gave us a couple extra when we asked. The sheets and blankets were all stained. The water temperature was barely warm. I think the room had been cleaned and/or mopped with a sour rag. The room had an odor that was quite unpleasant but I didn't want to complain about a second room so we made do.

I was not pleased with the hotel, the curtains were in bad shape, the pillows were in bad condition and there was zero breakfast even though it was advertised for breakfast to be served. I chose the hotel based upon breakfast served, pool, ac, cleanliness of facilities according to the pictures. The pool was not cleaned, had bugs in it, also green mold in the pool. The staff was not friendly or responsive to requests. As well as if I found a staff member no one was present at the front office.

This is an older hotel but the bed was extremely comfortable it was as clean as it could be given it being older. I'm just cimmon folk so it worked well for us and worth the price we would stay here again.

Will Not Return.

Unfortunately, all of the negative reviews for this property stand up to their descriptions. We will not be returning to stay. This hotel is in dire need of addressing from the amenities to getting towels and such when requesting them. This hotel is in need of major renovation. Also glad we didn't stay on the third floor as we were told the pest issue was the WORST there.

The staff was severely understaffed. Both my rooms were not clean. That includes toilet, bathtub, sinks, floors, and roaches on the floors. An old Ruth brush, and tooth paste left over from a previous stay. The worst room I have even rented in my lifetime. A one star rating is a far stretch, DO NOT stay here.

Outside of motel was dirty , trash , mattress, furniture by dump where you had to walk up stairs, it was like people live there not a motel , people fighting in parking lot , was was not clean , coffee pot in room no coffee, no cleaning of room no fresh towels and towels smell awful

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. While the hotel advertised itself as pet-friendly, there were no designated areas to walk dogs or accommodate pets at all. In addition, housekeeping never came by to clean the room during my stay, which meant no fresh towels and no trash removal. For the price, I didn’t expect much. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with pets or expecting daily room upkeep.

This place was honestly the most disgusting place I have ever came across, I don’t know how it hasn’t been shut down between the bed bugs and the literal live roach crawling on the wall when we first walked in. As soon as we got our keys we turned them back in and booked another hotel room. Overall a very unsafe and unsanitary environment.

Basically got stuck

Rooms look nothing like the pictures and everyone lives there and the owner told us it had bedbugs so was afraid to even sleep but we asked to check the room before committing to staying there and after every other hotel was booked without spending $300/night we decided to stay.

COCKROACHES!! VERY VERY NASTY SHEETS!!!! NEVER BEEN WASHED PEE, MAKEUP, CHEETOS AND ALOT OF STAINS ON THEM. THE REFRIGERATOR WAS FILTHY, THE VENTS IN THE BATHROOM HAD MOLD AND WATER STAINS AROUND IT ALSO HAD POOP ON THE WALLS, MOLD ON THE CEILING.. DUCK TAPE AROUND THE DOOR. WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGER SHE ACTED LIKE THIS IS OK AND NOTHING IS WRONG WITH IT. I ASKED FOR A REFUND SHE LOOK AT HER HUSBAND AND LOOKED BACK AND SAID THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE...
