"The hotel was great and the staff was great. Breakfast was pretty good. Our only complaint was how far it was from food options. There’s a few close by in a food court setting, but if you want to walk, it is about a mile to anything good. Normally it would be be a problem for me but one member of our party can’t walk that far. So be prepared to uber if you can’t walk! It was a fairly quick car ride to the cruise port! "

"I was unable to access the internet from my room. I checked with the front desk who put me in contact with the IT department. unfortunately after a half hour of trouble shooting they were unable to resolve the problem. I ended up having to do my work at the pool."

"No complaints. No SHUTTLE TO MIAMI PIER. an airport suttle was 10.00 pp. Some uber/lyfe was cheaper. But overall breakfast made up for the "shuttle service" it looks like it maybe free airport service when they use "surcharge" to pier you expect to pay to the cruise port..."
