"Right from checking in this experience was poor. Received my keys, they didn’t work. Came back to see my travel buddy wait listed with no rooms available. We booked and paid at the same time. Front desk person was frazzled and was calling manager on her day off to help. She walked me to my room to let me in, she didn’t know how to activate the card key. My room was not fully cleaned. Dirty dishes, sticky floors and missing amenities. Manager arrived an hour later and sorted my friend’s room and gave me new card key but only one because they were low on keys. Next day, I came back around 9pm and my key card didn’t work and no one on site to help me out. I walked around for half an hour trying to find a phone number to call for emergencies since clearly no one was around to answer the front desk phone. I got lucky and found manager to fix my key card and this time I got two cards. Other friends were not so lucky who came later with a similar issue of key cards and no answer to emergency number. They spent the night in their car. My fridge was broken and all the groceries and food I bought went to waste. I was told that another room complained about a fridge not working and they swapped fridges with my room just before I arrived. The concept of this place is good. I was staying for several days and liked the idea of cooking my own food but this was not possible between broken fridge, dirty dishes, no pots and pans… so much potential."

"Room we reserved was not available. We were downgraded without compensation. Original room had air conditioner taken apart. Second room had broken toilet. "

"Breakfast was extra and it looked like the regular free breakfast at other IHG hotels. So we got back on the road and had breakfast elsewhere."

"The breakfast menu was more than adequate. The room was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom and the parking was great"

"Too many bad things to mention. The main one is the door looked like someone had tried to kick it in, and they didn’t replace it. Big chunk of the door was missing from where the safety flap lock is so it wasn’t safe at all. The floor was nasty and one of the beds looked like it had been sleeping in and halfassed made back up. The stairs was nasty and smell bad. The whole place felt unsafe. Needless to say I didn’t sleep. As a woman traveling alone I was very uncomfortable being there. If there was anything else available I would have went elsewhere but everywhere was booked because of a volleyball tournament at the sports center. I strongly do not recommend!"

"The hotel is in poor shape. There was no hot water,The tub/shower had cracks in it, There were a few holes in the walls, the space to hang a roll of toilet paper was a square cut into the vanity, but no way to hang it so it was just sitting on top of the vanity, etc. We were surprised that this hotel was even offered as a choice by your company. The parking was fine, but not much else."
