Room was clean but smoke detector was missing from the wall, hair dryer didnt work, safety lock was missing from the door, and I've never seen such an old microwave. We didn't use it, so I can't say if it worked or not. Breakfast was sparce... just bread, waffles, 2 cereal choices, butter, 2 juices, & coffee. The check out worker just looked at me when i handed him the key. Won't stay here again.

This was by far the NASTIEST room I’ve ever book the roaches welcomed me at the door I got a refund and had to search till 3am for another room almost slept in the car I get it was cheap but it’s not even remotely habitable it was gross it stank and honestly I’m still not satisfied this hotel should be shut down and bulldozed to the ground and everyone should get fined for spreading diseases infestation and bed bugs yuck -100/10

Had to go to target to get new bed spread and pillow cases, had to frebreeze the room, and toilet was clogged before I even used it. It was very dirty and smelled like grease. But besides that it was close to Carowinds

COCKROACHES everywhere! I didn’t stay longer than 2 hours! The clerk wanted to see pictures for proof! (Which I had) NOT PET FRIENDLY!! Although it says it is, there is a sign upon checkin that says “NO PETS!” I drove over 500 miles to get there only to be told no pets. He charged me $25 per dog (no refundable, on the site, it said only$10/dog)

At first glance the room looked clean, but the bathroom smelled like urine and had bugs. The floor was sticky around the sink. I had clean both. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very thin. The heat/air unit was loud and it was difficult to keep an even temperature. For the quick passing thru the area at the last minute it served its purpose but would not stay there again.

We had a smoking room so I guess I should've been prepared, but there were so many burn holes in our bedding that I lost count of them.. The sheets and towels also had some stains. The price was also slightly higher compared to what I was quoted on Expedia..
