"The breakfast was very repetitive in the buffet, the room housekeeping was amazing the pool staff and pool bar staff were top notch. My only complaint is the construction of repairing ceramic tiles at 8am when we were trying to sleep. This happened multiple mornings and was very inconvienent when you are trying to rest "

The property itself is beautiful, with a thoughtful layout that feels spacious and seamlessly blends the outdoors with the comfort of the hotel. Our room overlooked the pool with a slight view of the ocean, which added a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated all the essential amenities provided. The all-inclusive experience was enjoyable, with a good variety of restaurants and drinks. The food was solid overall, and we especially loved the coffee shop and the gelato selection. The beach is accessible but requires a bit of a walk. It’s relatively small, and seating can be limited, so it wasn’t a standout for us. Also, because the hotel is quite removed, visiting Cartagena requires additional planning and cost for taxis or shuttles. One of the highlights of our stay was the evening entertainment. The hotel lounge area was lively, and they did a wonderful job creating fun, engaging experiences each night for guests of all ages. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and disconnect—perfect if you’re seeking peace and a resort-style escape. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy at least once, though for us, it may not be a place we would return to."
