"I booked this hotel in early February 2026 for a wedding party scheduled in April 2026 just to arrive the day of the rehearsal to find out that Marriot oversold the hotel and we had no where to go. The staff were absolutely horrendous. "

"What a find in Greenville, South Carolina! Such a cute place to stay. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. I loved the huge shared spaces like the living room and kitchen. Being able to cook your own breakfast was amazing—they provide everything you need to do it yourself. I will definitely stay here again!"

"This is an older property that is well maintained and you can’t beat location in the middle of downtown Greenville. Walkable and lively yet the hotel is quiet and you can rest. Rooms are adequate. Not modern or renovated but clean. Toiletries are ok, internet worked well, front desk and valet were attentive. Good value downtown Greenville. "

"Came in town for a one night stay, booked a king bed. Our room was right across from the employee storage unit and next to the gym. It was horrible. The storage door was so loud it slammed all through the morning, and you could hear everyone getting their Morning work out in (I'm a light sleeper) And I’m not sure if there was a gym above us too but there was constantly a loud bang that was shaking the walls. The room looked really nice until we laid in bed. on the right side has a massive divot, I’m 5ft. That was one of the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid on. My body could never get comfortable with that huge dip and loud nosies. Over all it was super disappointing, I’ve always heard really good things about the aloft so I was excited and I ended up crying to my partner that I just wanted to go home and never come back. We left an hour before our late check out because I was so sleep deprived and so upset."

"The room was clean. Loved the no carpet. Some minor quirks in the bathroom (bath faucet was lose, door handle was coming off, hair dryer was dirty). Overall, excellent room though."
