The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept up with the cleanliness of not only my room by the entire hotel which is something that stands out to me. I do like the key card access to the garage for parking. The social hour in the bar was pretty nice too 😊 had me two stepping.

The communication prior to arriving was excellent and a nice surprise. Upon arrival we were greeted by a smiling staff that explained some important local information we were unaware of. The hotel and our room was great. We enjoyed an evening at the WXYZ bar and had a great time talking with the staff. Can’t really beat the location either. Wife and I agreed we would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

This property is so pet friendly -- they have treats and toys to share, and the staff were all very engagning with our dog. The hotel and bar staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Parking was attached to hotel and the location for walking, shopping and eating downtown was great.

We enjoyed our stay at aloft. It was conveniently located in downtown Greenville. The staff was very nice. Parking was free and very easy to access from lobby check in. The lobby bar and area had great coffee, pool table and happy hour specials. Our room was a little small and not the cleanest when we arrived. They don’t give you many towels. But we requested room to be serviced daily and that was helpful. Overall we enjoyed our time.

I cannot give enough praise for this hotel! Everything was amazing, clean, modern, and the staff even printed out directions for us to attend a wedding in Easley. The views from upstairs were beautiful and it was perfectly located to downtown Greenville, which is such a gem! We will be coming back for a repeat visit.

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Loved staying there. My only two negatives are the coffee served was very bitter so we went elsewhere every morning and in the evenings they had a DJ playing in the lobby/bar area which has a lot of hard surfaces that made it echo badly. Coming from a music & event background I’d suggest adding some sound absorbing elements to cut down on the cacophony.
