Our stay at Mint House was great! We did have an issue as the smoke detector in the primary bedroom was chirping when we arrived. I messaged the host that we would be going to dinner and they could enter the property while we were gone. Upon our return, the chirping had stopped. Communication with the host was excellent! The stay was great as well as the location. We will definitely stay at Mint House again.

We had a great time, very close to eating and shopping. The amenities were very helpful and we felt the area was very safe. We had an issue with getting a ticket even though we paid for parking but it was taken care of within an hour!

Everything was very good. The check-in was easy once I got my phone properly communicating. I think you can only go through the process within 10 minutes of the official time (4:00 PM). If you are opting to park your vehicle, be sure to have your license plate number to enter into the check-in system.

This is a nice condo in a great location downtown BUT it is located above an Orange Theory fitness gym that blasts music beginning at 5:30 am which you can easily hear. You also hear the instructor’s voice barking out commands. It continued all morning making it very difficult to sleep. If you are an early riser this likely won’t bother you too much but if not this unit is a no go.
