When my wife sprained her ankle on a city sidewalk, spa staff noticed her and whipped her to the hotel’s clinic where she was immediately attended to. Afterwards ice was brought to the room on a regular basis. When we needed to book a train ticket to Tuy Hoa, Ms Tran, Front Desk Manager, was more than helpful in doing the booking and making sure we had our tickets in hand.
